AQUA S.T.A.R. offers ONLY 1 – 30-minute trial per family member. We recognize that not many parents would pay so much ahead for swimming without knowing whether the instructor is right for their children. We want our instructor to be trustworthy so you and your children may enjoy the water experience.
Even if you have two students at different skill levels, our experienced instructors can still create a brief evaluation to observe how both swimmers do within the allotted 30 minutes.
Although the instructors who are giving individual lessons in your location are also the ones who are willing to go to your place, we still recommend choosing instructors who are already in your neighbourhood. With the client’s permission, we may collect certain data and forward it on to the instructor; nevertheless, it is ultimately up to the instructor to decide whether or not to go above and beyond in order to provide the requested lesson or trial, even if the client has paid for the gas.
At AQUA S.T.A.R., we prioritize flexibility and convenience for our clients. That’s why we offer a unique 24-hour rescheduling policy.
If your child falls ill unexpectedly or you encounter unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule your swim lesson up to 24 hours before its start time. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your booking, and select a new time that works for you.

- Unspecified family emergency or personal crisis
- Doctor or specialist appointments
- Traffic congestion or car trouble
- Rain, snow, or other weather
- Aches, pains, or sprains
- Women’s menstruation
- Emergency dental work
- Forgetfulness or mistakes made when you book
While we aim for excellence, we understand that adjustments may be necessary, especially for first-time users. We’re committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring you get the most out of your swim lessons with us.
At AQUA S.T.A.R., we aim to provide fair and transparent refund options for our clients. Unused lesson credits are retained on your account indefinitely, offering flexibility for future use.
However, refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
**Please note that lessons already completed within your package will be charged at the single lesson rate or the original price based on the instructor rank selected.

AQUA S.T.A.R. Swim Lessons Ltd. Payment Plan Policy

1. Payment Processing
- Commencement: Payment plans begin upon purchasing a swim lesson package.
- Recurring Payments: Charged every 4 weeks (28 days) on the same day as the initial purchase.
2. Payment Options
When purchasing any of our Adult/Infant products through the “Lesson Package” or “Subscription” options, all clients MUST adhere to one of the select payments displayed on our purchasing page. Please note that:
- No Customized Payment Plans: We do not offer partial payments based on individual client requests. Instead, our payment plans are structured to ensure simplicity and fairness for all clients.
- Installment Plans: Each plan is carefully designed to divide payments equally over the term, with the exact amount per installment clearly displayed on the product purchasing page. This transparency ensures you understand your financial commitment from the outset.
2.1 Credit Card Payment (Full Payment – Regular Price)

- Only Credit Card Payments: We exclusively accept credit card payments for payment plans to ensure seamless transactions.
2.2 Email Transfer (Full Payment – Maximum Discount Price)

- Important Notes / Key Benefits:
- Maximum Discount: Enjoy the best available discount by opting for full payment via Email Transfer.
- Secure Payment: Send your payment to info@aquastarcanada.com, ensuring a secure and reliable transaction
- No Partial Payments: Email Transfers are only accepted for full payments, as indicated on our purchasing page.
- Full Payment Requirement: To qualify for the maximum discount, the entire payment must be made in a single Email Transfer.
2.3 Payment Plan (Partial Payment – Additional Setup Fee)
- Key Features / Important Notes:
- Additional Setup Fee: A one-time $50 fee is included in your installment plan for each package or subscription purchase. We encourage clients to opt for larger packages or subscriptions to minimize additional fees.
- Equal Payment Division: Your payment will be divided equally based on the selected package option, providing a clear understanding of your financial obligations with the number of installments clearly outlined on our purchasing page.
- Subscription: Subscription plans are always divided into 3 months.
- Automatic Credit Card Payments: Payments will be automatically credited every 4 weeks (or 28 days) to your registered credit card.
- No Email Transfers for Payment Plans: We do not accept Email Transfers for payment plans. If a partial payment is made that does not match the displayed installment amount, your account will be notified, and lessons will be suspended until proper payment is processed.

4. Discounts for Full Payment
- Best Discounts: Offered for full payment via Email Transfer.
- Discounted Prices: Already reflected on the product purchase page.
5. Autism Funding Clients
- Additional Discount: $100 OFF on top of any purchase.
- Required Documentation: Proper documentation must be provided.
- Upfront Payment: The client must pay 50% of the package cost is due before lessons commence. Once AFU approves, it can be reimbursed.
- Invoice: Specifically written for AFU reimbursement purposes.
6. Payment Terms
- Commencement: Payments begin once a plan is selected.
- Charges: Applied upon acceptance and payment of the transaction.
7. Authorization to Debit Account
- Client Authorization: AQUA S.T.A.R. Swim Lessons Ltd. is authorized to debit accounts as per the agreed payment terms.
- Timely Payment: Ensures prompt payment for services.
8. Declined Payments
- Update Credit Card Information: Clients must update their credit card information promptly in case of a declined payment.
- Lesson Suspension: Failure to update information within 5 business days may result in lesson suspension.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
- Cancellation: Clients can cancel their plan at any time, but must pay any outstanding amounts.
10. Liability and Disputes
- Bank/Credit Card Fees: AQUA S.T.A.R. Swim Lessons Ltd. is not responsible for any bank or credit card fees.
- Dispute Resolution: Payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge.
- Direct Resolution: Clients agree to resolve disputes directly with AQUA S.T.A.R. Swim Lessons Ltd. before contacting their bank.
11. Acceptance of Policy
- Automatic Binding Agreement: By completing a purchase on our website, you (the Client) automatically acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this AQUASTAR Swim Lessons Ltd. Payment Plan Policy.
- Binding Contract: This acceptance forms a legally binding contract between you (the Client) and AQUASTAR Swim Lessons Ltd., effective as of the date of your purchase.
- Reserved Rights for AQUASTAR: AQUASTAR Swim Lessons Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Modify this Policy: Make changes to this Payment Plan Policy at any time, without prior notice.
- Update Terms and Conditions: Revise the terms and conditions of this policy, which will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Enforce Policy Compliance: Take necessary actions to ensure compliance with this policy, including but not limited to, suspending or terminating services for non-compliance.
