Request for Schedule Changes
Changes can be made via our online portal subject to availability, so long as you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for any missed booked lesson in order to receive credit for a make-up lesson. No refunds will be given for a used credit if AquaStarCanada is provided with less than 24 hours notice.
Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. The appointment may be taken off of a contract/package or charged individually.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.
The 24-hour cancellation policy gives us time to inform our wait list clients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. AQUASTAR policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. In case of emergency, AquaStarCanada reserves the right to substitute instructors or re-schedule when a 24-hour notice is provided by the originally designated instructor for your lesson. In such case, AquaStarCanada will contact you to confirm whether a substitute instructor or re-schedule will be available for you.
If you are a Customer and you are unable to use all of your lessons during a swim season, they will remain as credits on your account and they will never expire. Refunds for lessons purchased over 12 months ago will not be made. Credits can be gifted or donated to another individual who is not the original purchaser. The AquaStarCanada Management Team reserves the right to charge an administration fee to recoup credit card fees associated with any refunds that fall outside our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy.
